Therapy for Teen Girls & Young Women

This time of self-discovery can be an incredible one, but it can also really suck. Therapy can be the much needed space to breathe and talk through the things that you might not feel comfortable sharing with your family or friends. As your therapist, you’ll have a person separate from your daily life who will help you work through these issues without judgment and give you the support, insight and skills you need to deal with life’s challenges. Oh, and we’ll probably laugh a little (okay maybe a lot) along the way.

Not everyone deserves to hear your story, and it is my passion to empower teens and young women to develop the confidence and self-compassion to know that they are totally and utterly worthy of love and an awesome life.
